If that is true ... how about they get on with running the business now that they've outsted the board, and leave the company to actually do some profitable consolidation and trading.
We don't need a takeover ... they might. If they want a majority shareholding they should pay for it (or let the creep rule get them there, but still only just a majority stake, not the whole bundle).
Personally, I like the idea of having destra as a long-term shareholding, unlike many of the current generation-now shareholders (not in age, but in attitude!)
