I'm just throwing some maths around at the moment, wondering if a take over at 14 cents would have any chance of sucess.


A lot of this to the top 20 such as the new CEO 10.6 million.

150 million went to the rights issue however mostly to prime and they wont be selling. (unless they are capping?)

The top 20 hold about 60% of the shares, we represent the 40% unless one of you guys is a top 20 holder.

47 million changed hands @ 10cents or below.

Participants of the rights issue or those like myself how took the equivilant or more while it was sub 10 would still have a high average.


At first glance,I'd have to say they have no chance of getting it for 14 cents.

Your thoughts?

PS Script offer might be ok as PRT pays a good dividend, just depends on the make up I guess.
