Can I provide some assistance or maybe just a suggestion.

Working smarter and not harder here will work a treat for you. I've found you need to play them at their own game. Use your mind to play with theirs to get what you want. Slightly devious if you like, however this is the contempt they are treating you with.

An example:

Tell them you are interested in making a substantial increase to the size of your holding (the bait) and would like to view a current T20 list.

It's amazing how they respond when they think they will get something out of it.

Unfortunately they have the business ethics of a gnat.

You deserve better.......
