Ronstaa, if its a good enough company then others would be happy to take a higher placement. Theres only so far a company can and should bend over for a cornerstone investor, its give and take, not all one way traffic. At 15c this would be far too dilutive (for director shareholdings and options as well). Release the BFS, THEN raise capital.
Another reason why I think its the option play because I would have thought management are too savvy to go down the 15c cap raise path.
