Disagree Profess.A SPP doesnt nessacarily have to be placed to exisiting holders.A SPP maybe to Sophisticated investors via a nominee of BOA in turn will go indirectly to BOA.With me.BOA are fully aware as the rest of us,what a huge huge percentage gainer JAL will be,so to push the price down in order to be allocated so many million shares at 15cents means not only wil they make a huge gain on the 15centers,but their shares that were purchased in the 40cent range will well and truely be in the money big time once production commences.
