I fail to see why any group would sell into a supposed spp, if their net holdings are decreased then they would be entitled to less of the spp. The best bet is whoever is selling this down is underwriting the 20c oppies. Prob sold 3-4 mill shares in order to gain 9 mill shares at 20c.
Thats the most logical explanation unless weve all been taken for a ride.
