New to this stock...the appendix shows over 8mil options, but...

    New to this stock...the appendix shows over 8mil options, but they are not listed on the ASX, so could someone explain how one could benefit from a low SP below 20? That would imply whomever owns the options can trade them?

    This does seem like a good buying op on the face, or their is somethin lurking like weak feasibility report?
