It may be a bargain at 9 cents...there are far better options on the market though. I know (in my eyes anyhow)...once you been burnt by a particular stock, Its very hard to revisit that stock for further investments. There must have been wind of this prior to today, hence the decrease in SP over the last month..? Buyer beware?
