Dont you think this would be reflected in the price. I can never understand with retail investors, they want to wait until the media/statistics are saying that everything is going great guns until they are prepared to plunge in, with little awareness that by the time figures are 'published' share prices have already reacted accordingly.
Im not saying you are one of these people, because i couldnt be sure of the nature of your post.
But if you are looking to be a long term investor, look at underlying sustainable earnings growth profiles over say a 5 - 10yr average and make decisions accordingly,
otherwise you are just sheep for the wolves.
