Yeah, advent of internet booking did see some low value loss, but that was typically say the retail Perth to Sydney flight which does not have much value in it anyway. They are growing corporate and more difficult bookings (e.g. international travel and accommodation, esp where there are Visa implications) where people are less likely to back their own judgement and just go with a professional. And volume sales via a particular airline (e.g. exceed XXX million $ of travel bookings) also see a bonus paid back to FLT. That is their model.
