Looking at this company for first time ever today.
At first blush - very strong cash flow and good business model - take full money for service booking from customer up front then sit on it as long as they can before paying for the service... pocket a reasonable margin, repeat!
Things I like best about it (based on my reading of 08 report)
- no real inventory to speak of.
- very strong cash flow
- low debt - 160m total
- net current assets is almost positive (that surely means safety!)
- ROE is good
What I didnt like:
- 100m owed current - mind you they have plenty of cash
- ROA / ROTA is ordinary
So... Ive seen enough to delve deeper - now Im off to read news since last report was released.
