on further research, have found that IT related PPE (which would probably be its data centre) usually attracts a depreciation timeframe of between 8-10 years. this is backed up by NextDC's depreciation practice.
do you have any numbers or IT companies you could point to to show where they are depreciating similar style PPE (data centre) over a 3-5 timeframe, (this is quite aggressive).
i'm hungry for this independant report, hopefully will provide more detail on the set-out of revenue and costs and provide a bit more clarity and ease of forecasting for FY14/FY15
in any case, based on rough numbers for the moment they are around $1m NPAT runrate atm, targetting 1.5m-2m NPAT FY14 and 2-3m NPAT FY15.
I'm a buyer at these prices.
