It's highly unlikely that WDS will be taken over. Companies are loath to take over contractors, which have fixed price contracts and operate in markets subject to intense competition. It is far more profitable for WDS' competitors to just let WDS implode or die, if it goes that way. I can't remember a time over the past 15 years when a struggling contractor was taken over.
