better to research this company by going into one if its stores...

better to research this company by going into one if its stores and buying a vac and then going in 6 months later to buy a filter replacement.
Even though the vac bought is their "most popular model " they have to order the filter as do not carry filters .
The staff also have little product knowledge and stand around as well who is going to buy a vac from a company that does not carry spares ?

share price is a good indicator of where this is going
