Since posting have added more at $1.18 and interested that you feel a s/term drop still possible. An opportunity to get more under $1.20? If so a sell is attractive to buy back 6-7% lower. However if it happens not the boat may be missed.
Until I did some digging I thought the price/div ratio too good to be true.
