I chose AIV over POZ primarily because AIV are Potash and POZ are Phosphate felt like a fool because POZ went up 65% while AIV didn't move
Potash is supposed to be better than Phosphate so maybe AIV will get it's day to shine
I will try and find the article I was given on the day traders thread which had a write up on AIV
