DDx as I already said low prices for a commodity often mean the project isn't viable
But when prices rise high enough those projects become viable
At current levels the project is viable and profitable but I don't think it's profitable enough yet to warrant development
As I said if the deposit were 2-4x the size then development would IMO be a possible scenario
But if Potash prices spike again to there previous levels then projects like these start looking good
