    Key points made by Fadi Benjamin from Northern Securities are:

    1. Junior Potash Developers are now going after Partnerships. Strategic Partners are now Sovereign entities (governments) wanting to secure supply plus fertilizer Coop's and actual consumers;

    2. Buyers are looking from an investment perspective and want de-risked projects in feasibility stage, finished with exploration & have done considerable engineering work.

    3. Solution mining or Conventional mining is the way to go. A Strategic Partner does not want to be loaded with technology risk and have to deal with new or different, unique ways to mine with no precedence.

    4. Forget Karnalyte projects, it is an impurity and a miner does not want to have to get rid of huge amounts of magnesium. Why would you chase Karnalyte when there's heaps of Sylvinite.

    Two of the most likely Potash Juniors to be attaractive to a strategic Partner are Western Potash and Elemental Minerals.

    He states after 5.40 minutes:

    ELM has the highest grade, Sylvinite Potash deposit that we know of;

    ELM Is in a proven Congolese basin;

    ELM is in a Stable Country;

    ELM could have the Cheapest Conventional Potash mine;

    ELM has a shallow deposit;

    ELM is really attractive for guys that want to sell to Brazil;

    Brazil is the market to be in.
