What it means is:
If last week you had 100,000 share at 00.001 = $100
This week your 100,000 shares have been consoladated 20 - 1
to give you 5,000 shares
If you sold them today you would get 5,000 @ .002 = $10
A bargin today for anyone who buys. Thoes that hold post consolidation. Well what can I say. Ouch!
