It's probably a great topic for an open debate as I've found most contracts these days are generally open to personal interpretation unless you've been involved in the formal construction of the letter of contract.
I do however believe that Mr Graeme Drew would not have signed anything that wasn't productively beneficial for AQD as the Managing Director of the Company, and Employer of an honest band of hard workers or even because he is duty bound to the shareholders by law, lastly as the deal cruncher for me was in the fact that he (Graeme Drew) would not have increased his own shareholding in the company just recently if there wasn't going to be a fair deal for everyone.
So I too think your wrong "Inverter" sorry
