An interesting company that is my oldest holding. Unfortunately bought at the peak 4 years ago.
The AGM announcement put out today shows that Finbar $10m less of unsold apartments compared to the same time last year and has 40% more unsold off the pan apartments than same time last year.
The balance sheet is pretty clean and most of the held investment properties have, I believe, no more negative revaluations to come.
NTA at 3o June 2018 sits at 92c per share compared to todays SP of $0.83 so a good degree of potential upside to reflect assets.
The mining industry is starting to explore again and develop mines, eventually better times will return to the Perth residential property market.
