Just as I thought and posted a while back. From the latest announcement....

"The recent acquisition by Vulcan of the Luikonlahti processing plant and associated assets provides an excellent platform to develop the Kylylahti deposit after completion of the merger."

I think this is definately the right move and although it will most likely result in Roseby development being pushed back another 18 - 24 months it will better the chances of recouping the paper losses for those who have held for a while.
