I have a feeling that CITIC Resources or Yancoal may buy NEC and/or the New Acland mine off NHC rather than buy out NHC itself.

CITIC cashing out of MCC could mean they can buy direct mines rather than holding on a stake of a company.

Also I said before I find it hard to understand any logic with any company who would takeover the whole NHC for $6b, which means you are paying a premium to buy cash ($1.5b NHC holds and CSG stakes NHC holds).
