It looks like we will have to agree to disagree. I have just ploughed through the ASX Listing Rule 3.1: Continuous Disclosure. The rules do not appear to support your argument. New information must be released through the ASX but there is no mention(from my reading)of a poster or poster that draws together information previously released through the ASX needs to be reissued through the ASX.
From a practical point, surely you are not suggesting that all marketing or promotional material that contains no new information is required to be issued through the ASX....makes no sense.
