That is a very true statement unless the company can attract a cornerstone investor and raise at a premium ie FMJ Attracted Hong Kong investor , BAU Attracted Chinese at premium a few years back, I think NTU initially attracted higher placement by Chinese.
It does not happen very often but premium placements do happen. Having a fair knowledge of what is in the ground and the RMResearch paper indicating $1 pre drill target could support the case for a good raising.
I don't think there will be a premium capital raising as the share price was touching $0.90 cents just recently and fell back to $0.65. It has been very volatile and TRH needs a big player on board to soak up daytraders and increase the buy depth.
I am surprised that TRH could not be pumped to $1.50 but the markets have changed from when AGR was pumped. $1.50 might still be a good target as that is when the final batch of US CEO options are triggered.
