One thing that is undisputed is that most of these value investors [at least, the one I am following here] have no ulterior motive. Simply, because they never give myself or anyone else, a suggestion. They put out there perspective and if it make sense, you can follow them. For example, I have not bought LYL or MND despite seeing a value there but have bought IFL and CGF as I see those two a better option.On the other hand, while you sometimes make sense but quite often, do not.
