it's just because of leaks about the QLD budget to be announced tonite! apparently, the Labor party is going to spend big on health and impose 5 new taxes on the average worker and small business to pay for it all and still run at a massive debt of 83 billion and growing!
small business loans are the Achilles heel for BOQ, so the mood is understandably somber!
