CP is all crossed up and confused and does not understand simple business dynamics. Of course the bank wants surety/collateral because they have been entrusted with other peoples' money and have to be responsible for getting it back from loans that they make. We are only hearing one side of all of these stories and it relates to the blubbering fools who thought that it was a simple matter of sitting back and raking in the profits - they failed to realise that it takes a lot of hours and a lot of hard work and even then it doesn't pay off. I've also been there and done that and then worked extra bloody hard to get back on my feet and start all over again.
