my 40-45c target is based on how the max we can imagine to see is 100% of today's close or 100% above recent highs of 23c - hence 40-45c MAX possible in a TO at this stage...

but I don't think S32 or anyone would TO any company like KNL - still a lot to be done for them to make it irresistible... maybe if we build the plant and have some more milestones achieved, they or anyone else could get interested...

but who knows how the big end of the town moves stranger things have happened for sure...
