The whole EV/Renewables sector has come a long way since 2016 and is slowly but surely transforming from hype into reality and is already attracting very large sums of investment and this will only continue gaining momentum, there are enormous $funds sitting with the large Mining/ Oil/ Car/ Energy companies around the world and they are acutely aware that the transition to Renewable energy cannot be stopped anymore and that LiB's will be a very large part of the transition for at least the next 10-20 years.

On top of that, you have Governments acknowledging that certain minerals will be crucial for their Countries future development and financial/political stability, so we will see a lot more Gov support world wide, both in monetary and legislative support...A good natural flake Graphite project which is not controlled by Chinese interests will most definitely be on the radar of a lot of those groups I have mentioned above.

KNL is setting themselves up as a very lucrative business proposition, either for a takeover or IMO more likely, a large corporation taking a large (controlling) stake in KNL and accelerate EcoGraf, Epanko and followed by Merelani in a few years time...they could achieve a controlling stake for less than US$100mil investment...when you look at the potential ROI and the supply stability combined with the Eco Friendly aspect EcoGraf would bring to the table ...US$100mil investment is peanuts and the reason this is such a great opportunity for a big player is that KNL currently still sits at ONLY~US$40mil MC

But in short, a takeover is a real threat at this stage, especially if the GGG is approved. I hope a big player will be quicker and take a large stake in KNL to secure EcoGraf.

There is so much happening and so little shares to go around.
