GLL definitely appears undervalued.
Based on your assumption whats stopping BTU offering GLL shareholder 45c on a last trade of 21c and then on selling GLL energy portfolio to AGL or another company wanting coal seem gas exposure willing to pay more and in return BTU possibly getting GLL coal assets for free or at a profit???
