possible take over bid by agl

Hi Fellow ECU/GLL share holders.

Can anyone confirm that theres a $200m takeover offer by AGL on the table for all of GLL?
I ve been told that the latest drilling results at the Galilee basin are better than expected.
Which will mean that AGL will be able to offload N.Z to Bathurst mining for the new offer of $35m plus and therefore really only end up paying $160m for Galilee.
Which means there a $1.10 plus return per share for us shareholders.

Any constructive comments welcome.
