Thank you for reinforcing my point. He talks to governments, press, media. He doesn't talk to shareholders or keep shareholders informed or in a timely manner. CTP was just defeated on all points it put to the Texas appeal court. That brings into focus the credibility of the Legal Counsel at CTP and has financial implications for CTP. CTP has told and continues to say nothing to shareholders about it. Shareholders have to find out things from unrelated third sources ( as i outlined in other posts ). The mismatch between CTP / CEO and old Board members is glaringly obvious. Time for them to go.
