Possible T/o Target? Getting Close to 200 day Moving Average too, page-15

Has anyone been told if we have lodged another appeal to the appeal to the appeal where we were defeated on all points put forward to the Appellant's Court in Texas.??

Perhaps this is another one of those cases where we think that it has "NO MATERIAL EFFECT". On the other hand we were quickly been told that they we won the case in Brizzy but not anything else like the one in Texas where we lost.

And if we are to loose this one too, will we go and knock the door somewhere else and see if someone will open it.??

There is no doubts at all in my mind that, whoever it is preparing all those documents, doing all the searches of precedents in supporting their arguments, and lodge them with the Court for their perusal, is doing a really great job.......IMHO.????????????????? ........... NOT!!!!....But that's me as the BOD thinks they are. Unless of course they are doing it in order to bide time.

Nevertheless, we still have some million of dollars (Of Shareholders Money Of Course), to spend in trying to prevent it for coming in front of a Judge or Judges for final decision.
