goodaye mlc, the reason i posted this info is that the LLP/LLC/PTN announcement previously, in which they provoded details of the sale, option agreement and the legal settlement, was that PTN had an Option ot buy these villages for $45m approx. PTN appears to have no obligation to exercise that option.
The difference with regard to this PTN announcement is that PTN seem to be saying that it WILL exercise that option - therefore LLP will lose a number of villages which it manages, but will receive approx $45m, which i think will go to repayment of LLC C/N. Shares seem to be taking a breather at the moment. cheers
