This is actually old news, flagged around a month ago when PTN and LLP resolved their legal dispute amicably.
If you look through earlier announcements, you will find it.
In my view, well before that, PTN will get taken over by LLC/LLP as it is the third largest and independent player in retirement sector and is trading and around 40% of assets.
My opinions only, which are more often wrong than right.
