It's probably a "do or die" well for EPR as their previous wells have all been dusters.
If it fails - expect the share price to nosedive
Success - a big "IF" - should see a meteoric rise in the stock.
Best to sell in the lead up time to the drilling rather than gamble on the outcome.
I guess your strategy depends on how much "pin money" you have to gamble with.
I used to hold EPR but sold to get into other situations.
