I have read those links about Minister Pok. Am much more about Kumel - the national oil and gas company. They are the people who are growing in influence and technical understanding.
They may have come to Pok and played in a role in what has happened. Kumel say on their web site they can exercise an option "to claim 20.5% in every project.
Horizon will be reinstated but may have to compromise here.
