IIF gave as a prime reason (almost 2 weeks ago) in a response to an ASX "speeding ticket" that it was negotiating revised finance facility arrangements which are "likely to provide security over certain funds assets" and an "increase to the limit Total leverage ratio" Once the new terms are finalized the market will be notified .
Firstly, I find it very revealing that the IIF management gave the negotiations as the primary reason that the price had risen sharply - not fallen ..... Can we imply that an outcome will be positive ? Secondly, this is a company that has gone from having a multi billion market cap to having a market cap of just $150 million . The shareprice fell due to ambiguity regarding the financing of the company which possibly are close to being resolved. NTA is in the $1.60's and rental occupancy is in the high 90% .
IIF could be a very strong runner over a sustained period .
