I tried to purchase shares at 0.022 but then my broker wasn't...

I tried to purchase shares at 0.022 but then my broker wasn't able to buy them they told me.
Their excuse ? "there were no more shares to purchase".

I tried to purchase 100.000 UTR shares several days ago (January 2nd I believe).
Is there a website where I can find how many shares were available for purchase in the last 5 days and the available amount of shares at any given time during that timeframe ??

So I know if the bank/broker has a point or not.
