I have asked Chris to clarify if a divestment is being considered. Who knows if I get a response.
A corporate action for an IVL level investment, JV and expansion.... ok I can see the merit for shareholders. Even though it clearly highlights what was so obvious to some shareholders sometime back... the better opportunity was in IVL not FFT.
But this still stinks. Shareholders were bullied into selling IVL for peanuts 12 months ago on what seemed pretty flimsy reasons.... though it appeared to work for the cross-holding major shareholders. It essentially boiled down to Chris saying "trust me".
Now, if an IVL divestment... 12 months later with a swathe of management equity... WTF.
