Yes agree partially Risqué, but my money is on Chandlers having a sweetheart deal with Elliot. Make enough money on their various entry levels around 50 cents and everyone will be obliging. They will want a couple of dollars easy.
One thing I have learnt with this thing is not to get too far of oneself though !! Just easy does it.
