Possible outcome

Talking with a friend yesterday on the likely share market cap and thus share price of EWC after they have Sengkang and The Philippines power and gas cranked up and operating. They will also be a hub buying and selling gas plus trading their own product. Power, LNG, Trading, plus more, so, a lot of change.

Cash will obviously be spinning out at a great rate.

Possible result.

1. Share price will be well over a dollar, maybe two and dividends being payed. If the show rolls on we have the opportunity of riding higher with new developments. They at some stage may develop some serious concern for shareholder value. The company, via Slipform has been a cash cow for Elliot along the way however at some stage the bigger dollars will attract the greater attention of Elliot. He will decide what is best for him. That will be best for us or at least better than now.

2. There is a takeover at a price well over a dollar, maybe two, and Elliot will cash in his chips. He has enough % pull to swing the whole company. Look at his history, he has had a history of building assets and then selling them. Nothing too wrong with this other than we miss the share price ride to new heights. However we will be out , some with great capital gains and we can move on !!

They have shown absolutely nil concern for share price and shareholders along the way, we know that as fact

Do we figure that the company is now at the rear end of the development stage very near to production stage and real profit stage with some interesting scenarios ahead of us.
