I didn't say that MGX is overvalued, quite the opposite. The question is what is the reasonable estimate of its value today at current IO prices.
How much is the freight from KI to China?

It appears that FMG is overvalued, they are spending $500 million to prop up the value. FMG is very sensitive to IO price , another factor is lack of progress of Eliwana mine, which underpinnes FMG financial future. I don't intend to go to FMG to tell them anything, I am listening to what market says, reading what Futures traders do and analysing China. I am up to my neck trading FMG options and really what interests me is what future holds, which way is most likely to develop.

MGX management is good and quite realistic with predicting possible outcomes.
