Having read it, they seem to have made a lot of progress in the last quarter and have a lot of goals to complete in the current quarter.

If they complete them on schedule it could be a very interesting time Q2. Obviously they are looking for corporate action to.

I don't see them needing cash anytime soon (other than a corporate deal with over $1.5M still in the bank
