In Thursday morning trade S32 gapped down below the 34ema, below the 8ema and has been trading beneath the newly created daily supply level. The weekly chart has also deteriorated into a shooting star with a bearish appearance. The beauty of owning S32 is that it has a liquid market in put options which can be used as insurance should the share price deteriorate and which allows a locking in of profits at intermittent highs when the chart shows a gap down from a high of $3.40 and formation of a supply zone like is apparent here.
