Maybe keeping the price at 30 is just keeping the other sharks away as so to get control. If tho a CR happens in the future the value of a current stock will be so much lower. The from Cardno $3+ to today 60 cents is a good example (last CR was at 0.40) ...

This remains a very risky stock. Its a good company in many ways but talk about being in troubled waters.
