Possible counter offer, page-5

Despite the large T/O of stock since the offer was made
there’s been no ann identifying who the buyer(s) are. The
major shareholder list shows 28/2/2018 was the most recent
date that major holders have added to their holding
(Morgan & Mitsubishi). Surely buyers are not mum & dad investors?
Can anyone enlighten me?
Also the vote is just a few days away & I’ve not seen any info
explaining what the voting mechanism is. The Scheme document
contains no info. Has anyone received any paperwork?
