Managed to sort some of it – but got another interesting problem with Link software.
I was using the postcode on the Chess Holding Statement - rather than my residential address. (duh!)
I have 3 trading accounts – each with its own (different) HIN number.
Registered one Acc OK, but when attempting to register the second one with Link & using same
address, phone no. password, etc, etc, it treats the application as a repeated attempt
to list the first one – despite the different HIN number!!
I tried to contact the HELP desk but no response – being weekend I guess!!
So I got to vote NO with just one Acc. (Got > 100K of stock)
