    From memory, settlement date (record date) is 13 June 2018, with payment circa 20 June 2018, providing no 'counter' turns up, and the vote is a resounding YES...

    Merck plan to delist VLA some time shortly thereafter from memory, so while VLA is still a ASX-listed instrument, it's an 'open' market...
